Required Information: To create a GovProcure account and access our chatbot, we collect your name and email address.

Optional Information: To personalize your report experience, we may ask for:

• State or region of primary interest
• Business name or website URL
• NAICS code or industry classification
• Business certifications (WOSB, SDVOSB, 8a, HUBZone, etc.)

Conversation Logs: Conversations with Georgia (our AI assistant) are logged and retained for platform improvement and to provide context for future interactions. You may request a copy of your conversation history or deletion upon request.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide for the following purposes:

• Account creation and management
• Personalizing your reports and recommendations based on your industry, state, and certifications
• Providing context to Georgia for more relevant research and insights
• Sending you the Weekly Intel Brief or other subscribed content
• Responding to support inquiries and requests
• Improving GovProcure's features, functionality, and user experience

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

GovProcure does not collect or request:

• Social Security Numbers (SSN)
• Employer Identification Numbers (EIN)
• Detailed financial data or tax returns
• Credit card information (handled directly by Stripe)
• Sensitive personal information beyond what is needed for account and service provision

4. Cookies

GovProcure uses session cookies to manage user login sessions and provide secure access to your account. These cookies do not track you across third-party websites. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may limit your ability to use the Service.

5. Data Sharing

GovProcure does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties except as follows:

• Stripe: Payment card information is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. Stripe's privacy practices apply.
• Service Providers: We may share minimal information with trusted vendors who assist in providing the Service (e.g., email delivery, hosting). These vendors are contractually bound to use your information only for the purpose of providing services to us.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you wish to close your account and have your data deleted, you may submit a deletion request via our contact form. We will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain records.

GovProcure uses industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (SSL/TLS) and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

GovProcure is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided information to us, we will promptly delete such information and terminate the child's account.
